The Master Seed - The Father Sows the Son

Sowing and Reaping
God`s All-Inclusive Principle

Why is it that nothing in all of creation ever has or ever could take place out of God`s Kingdom process of sowing and reaping? The answer is, because God (the Father) sowed the Master Seed of His Son Jesus from the moment He conceived creation. Yes, from the moment the Father purposed creation and therefore humanity, He knew He would give Jesus as the first seed, and the Master Seed, for all of creation. He knew from the moment He conceived us, that only the giving of His Son could do for us what we could never do for ourselves. He knew only the sacrifice of His Son Jesus could wash us, sanctify us, and redeem us - that is, purchase us into His family. He knew that only the sowing of the Son as a seed could guarantee the perpetuation of humanity and therefore the continued existence of all creation. For without humanity what purpose would there be in the rest of creation? "But by His (the Father`s) doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption." (I Corinthians 1:30 [emphasis added])
You see because He, Jesus, is not only the first seed and the Second Person of the Holy Trinity but also the Creator, nothing can take place outside of this process of seedtime and harvest. "For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities all things have been created by Him and for Him." (Colossians 1:16)

The Replication of the Master Seed

This is also why when we sow the Master Seed of God`s Word inside of us, in reality, we are but replicating that very same process and first act of the sowing of Jesus by the Father. For Jesus is the Word! "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1 NASB)
Likewise, the crucifixion, burial, and resurrection of Christ are but the manifestation of that very first seed sown by the Father of His Son in the spirit realm. It is again the replication of the manifestation of this very first process of the Father`s sowing of His Son taking place within the Christian (the death, burial, and resurrection) that causes him to become born-again— the fruit of this seed. The death and burial are the planting of the seed - hidden from sight - seemingly dead. The three days in the tomb, when Jesus descended into hell and took the keys to life and death, is the work He did out of sight and view, and represents the gestation period of the Master Seed. The resurrection represents the harvest— the giving of life to those born-again of the Spirit of God - thus literally giving us entrance into God`s family with full rights of inheritance.
And into what soil did God the Father sow Jesus, the first and Master Seed, the Living Word? Into us... we are the soil from the beginning of creation Jesus was sown into!
Are you starting to see the continuum and replication of the same seedtime and harvest process through all of eternity and creation? Are you beginning to see why nothing could ever take place outside of this seedtime and harvest process? For all of creation was founded on and with this very same process by the one, ultimate, selfless and loving act of the Father's sowing of His Son. It remains and always will remain the ultimate seed and the ultimate gift that could ever be given. It is the Father's very best, sown first for you and me. Do you see now why God`s process of seedtime and harvest will be in effect as long as the earth remains? (Genesis 8:22) For just as Jesus is the first seed and the Master Seed and the foundation and cornerstone of everything that is, seedtime and harvest will always remain in effect, because He is the one ultimate and Perfect Seed, and therefore will always continue bearing fruit.

The Tithe Is Also Perpetual

This is why it is so short-sighted for some Christians to propose that the tithe and offering is not for today. In light of this knowledge, how could this ever be? For the tithe and offering are also but a continuing replication of the Master Seed of the Word of God, Jesus, being sown as the first seed, the best seed, by the Father. For what are God`s instructions for the tithe? We are to sow the first 10%— our best and choicest, just as the Father did. It belongs to God and is the return to God— just as the original and only Master Seed, Jesus. Yes, just as Jesus belonged to God, was a part of God and is God, and had to be returned to God the Father, so too it is with the tithe (and offering).

Walking In The Blessings

Not until we understand that the foundation of everything that has ever been, is, or ever will be is founded in this sowing of the very first Master Seed, Jesus, by the Father— will we ever be able to live in, walk in, receive, and in turn re-give, all that He has provided for us. This is why it is Jesus' instruction to us, that in order for us to operate successfully and intentionally within God`s kingdom and will for our lives, we must first start by sowing Him, the Word, the Master Seed, whenever we purpose to do anything. Jesus tells us just this in Mark 4:13,14.
As Jesus finished giving the disciples the Parable of the Soils, they asked Him to explain the parables to them. But He brought them back to the Parable of the Soils that He had just given them. You see, that parable already contained the key to all the other parables— the first and primary key to operating successfully in the kingdom of God.
    (13) And He said to them, "Do you not understand this parable? And how will you understand all the parables" In other words, "If you can`t understand and grasp this fundamental principle that is described in this parable, you cannot understand and operate in all the other principles of My kingdom." Then He gives them the answer to their question as well as the foundation key to operating successfully in His kingdom— God`s kingdom, as He starts to explain this parable. He says,
(14) "The sower sows the word."
